Mit unserer Gruppe waren wir berelts zum zweiten Mal in diesem Schmuckstück. Die Wohnung hat ihren Preis und auf Nachtruhe wird viel Wert gelegt aber es ist alles problemlos einzuhalten. Dafür hat man ein superschönes Appartment mit gemütlichen Betten, alles ist sauber es hat genügend Raum um auch mit der ganzen Gruppe im Wohnzimmer zu entspannen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell an mehreren U- oder S-Bahn Stationen wo man (für Berliner Verhältnisse) schnell an Bahnhof, Touri Hotspots, Kreuzberg und weiteren Ausgehvierteln ist. Checkpoint Charlie und die weiteren Hotspots nahe des Checkpoints sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Einziges kleines Manko - die Bezahlung der City-Taxe konnte nur Bar via Briefumschlag erfolgen. Da hätte ich mir eine praktischere Variante (zb persönliche Barzahlung oder noch besser Karten- oder Online-Zahlung) gewünscht.

Schöne und helle Wohnung ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Mit U-Bahn und S-Bahn alles in Kürze erreichbar.
Einzige Nachteil kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right by Checkpoint Charlie and tons of sites! The apartment is gorgeous and very well maintained. The apartment was a great size for 3 adult women and is very large and can easily fit more people. Very convenient to coffee shops, markets and restaurants. The property manager responded quickly to our questions. Great, beautiful apartment!

Phenomenal stay in Berlin!
The apartment is beautifully appointed in a gorgeous restored building. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. We loved the apartment and the neighborhood was tremendous. Quiet and close to everything. The subway is a few minutes walk away and very accessible. Great restaurants as well. Special shout out to Dehli6 and Taz - both minutes away. Hosts were terrific, helpful and very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marian and his wife's apartment in Berlin! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional, with thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Its location was perfect, nestled in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, sites, shops, and restaurants. It's very central and walkable to so much as well. Marian and his wife were always available to provide excellent recommendations and assistance, making our Berlin experience even more memorable. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. If you're up for it rent bikes in the lobby downstairs and head over to the Zenner Biergarten in the park along the river. This was a recommendation Marian gave us which was fantastic! Also take some time to talk to them about the history of their beautiful building. It's really quite amazing. You do have to walk up three flights to the apartment, but provided you are able bodied we highly recommend staying at Marian's apartment for anyone visiting Berlin! Thank You!

To be honest, we had some mixed feelings after our stay in this apartment. We = four adults and two teenagers. After my reservation I soon received a message that I had to agree with the house rules. No problem, I do understand rules are important. I however changed my mind after the fourth message with updated house rules. Really? We are tourists who want to visit Berlin, we have no intention to organize parties or the like.

The procedure to get our key out of the safe turned out to be easy and straightforward. The instructions were very clear and we didn't experience any trouble.

The apartment in itself was very nice: spacious, clean, comfy, with a beautiful kitchen and two separate bathrooms, located in a beautiful and classy building. Be warned though: there is no elevator in the building, so you'll have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. I guess the downstairs neighbour isn't that keen on the fact that the apartment is rented out to tourists. We soon got a glimpse of the neighbour who inquired how many people we were and implored us to take off our shoes in the apartment. So the whole stay we took extra care to be as quiet as possible. We didn't even dare to put on some music in the evenings.

When we left, we had to turn in our keys, but we got a separate key to open a small closet in the stairwell were we could leave our luggage.

The apartment in itself was very nice, but we found the menacing neighbour and all the rules to put a damper on our stay.

Non andate. Gestori aridi, avidi di soldi, scortesi,  freddi, scostanti, con aria di sufficienza. Sono stati presuntuosi, egoisti. Esperienza  PESSIMA, terribile. Si sentono davvero una razza superiore, mai conosciuta gente più scarsa. Nessuna pur bella struttura vale quanto l'umanità. Dovrebbe essere una vacanza si trasformerà in un incubo. Scegliete altro sinceramente...

Bellissimo appartamento. Molto luminoso e spazioso. Erano presenti due bagni terrazzo ed una grande cucina. Non posso dare un giudizio sul prezzo essendoci stato per lavoro.
