Die Liste der Mängel ist lang:||Der Lift fuhr nie.||Die Bewegungsmelder im Flur waren zum Teil defekt. ||Das Treppenhaus war verdreckt.||Die Möbel im Zimmer waren durchgehend schäbig, abgewohnt und z.T. defekt.||Auf der Rückseite der Badezimmertür waren wohl nach dem Wischen unter anderem Haare hängen geblieben. Ekelhaft.||Der Kühlschrank war nicht nur außen kaputt, innen hielten die Einsätze nicht. ||Der dreckige, offene Bereich in der Ummantelung der Wanne war gruselig.||Der Wasserdruck ging gegen null, Warmwasser war kaum zu haben.||Der Abfluss war ziemlich verstopft.||Der Duschkopf an der zerbrochenen Stange nicht mehr aufzuhängen.

Wir hatten über eine Hotelvermittlung im Internet ein Zimmer gebucht. Die dort angegebene Summe wurde mit einem zusätzlichen Endreinigungsgebühr erhöht. Also beim Preisvergleich genau rechnen!||Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings wenn man länger bleibt sollte man auf einem der größeren Appartements bestehen. Für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf ist das Boardinghouse auch nicht zu empfehlen,weil im Hof eine Disco ist, deren Besucher ganz schön rumlärmen.

Sehr schön, sehr zentral zur u-oder s-Bahn. Wohnung Okay, Bad und Küche könnte man ein bisschen renovieren aber völlig okay vorallem für den Preis.

My husband and i recently visited Berlin for the first time and also it was our first time taking an apartment like this. I must admit i was a little nervous about the check in process , getting keys etc. Well there was no need to be nervous. It all worked out brilliant.
Firstly i received a message that we could check in earlier than planned which was great as we had been traveling overnight. We were met at the check in point by a very nice young man named Greici, who then proceeded to show us our allocated apartment which was in a building across the road from the check in point.

He explained about the keys ( 2 sets) , the elevator etc. we were on the 7th floor. Beautiful big bright room with big bed and lockers at one end and a living dining area at the other. the kitchen is compact but fully functional and very well equipped, toaster, kettle, full hob, full oven fridge. Plenty of pots and pans and crockery. I was not planning on cooking too much, just breakfast. I was on my holidays. i was surprised and pleased that they even provided wash up liquid and dish towels, tea, coffee, pepper, salt and even some toiletries in the bathroom.
Bathroom was bright and clean. Everything was lovely and clean bed linen, towels etc.
We had a great view from our balcony. This apartment is also in a great location. There is a very well stocked supermarket just down the street and it is within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie, the west wall and museum, Brandenburg gate, restaurants etc. We are both in our sixties and were able to walk a lot as Berlin is very flat. If you do not want to walk then it is very near to an u ban station or a bus stop.
We spent 5 days in Berlin at this apartment and LOVED it and I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family and if I am ever lucky enough to return to Berlin i will absolutely 100% stay here again .Thank you Greici for all your kindness and help and A&B for a wonderful stay in Berlin

The shower is the worst part as it keeps randomly switching from hot to cold water and we kept getting burned on the skin.

Wifi was so bad it couldn’t be used, kept disconnecting and when it was connected it was so slow you couldnt open a google page.

The door wouldn’t open, it takes about 10 minutes to open the apartment door each time.

No clean kitchen essentials

The whole building is dirty and broken

Elevator worked for the first time when the guy showed us the apartment but afterwards the elevator just didnt work at all

Everything is pretty dirty in the apartment and im not sure it was cleaned.

Would not recommend to anyone looking to have a chill time in Berlin.

El apartamento no está mal sí que es verdad que faltaba un par de cosas por ejemplo microondas, toallas por qué para 6 días que pongan solo una.. el check out es a las 11 pero a las 10:20 ya te están molestando algo que no entiendo por qué si tú has pagado para estar hasta las 11 se tienen que esperar… por que después el check in es a las 15 para que meten tanta prisa en irte ?

By far the worst apartment I have used whilst I have travelled across 24 countries. Booked the apartment months in advance.

On the day my wife and I arrived, they did a "bait and switch". We met at the address listed on booking confirmation, only to be taken across the block to another apartment.

We then had to walk through a dodgy building and elevator, where we were eventually shown "our apartment". It was not the apartment we had booked, and upon complaining to them and they deliberately delayed responses.

We were "assigned" a different apartment to what we booked. The apartment was very poorly maintained, dirty, and severely lacked maintenance. The building itself was very unsafe in the evening in the absence of any working light as you come up the elevator.

To make things worse, we caught people sent from the business lingering outside the front door on multiple occasions.

Stay FAR away from this business. Far away.

The worst accommodation and experience checking in I have ever had.
